2. Authenticity & Product Description

We take authenticity seriously.

Items may be authenticated by third-party companies such as PSA, Beckett (BAS), JSA, or others. Authentication details will be clearly stated in the product description.

For graded cards, the condition and grade are determined solely by the grading company.

Please note:

• Minor imperfections, aging, or manufacturing defects may exist.
• Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.
• We do not guarantee resale value or future market performance of any item.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD.

Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Product unavailability

If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship internationally.

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier, and customs clearance.

CollectibleSpot is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Customs processing delays or import duties
• Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery

Risk of loss and ownership transfers to the customer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

5. Pre-Orders & Consignment Items

Pre-order items are subject to supplier availability and potential delays. Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed.

For consignment items:

• CollectibleSpot may act as an intermediary between buyer and seller
• Availability and fulfillment may depend on third-party partners

6. User Conduct

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to manipulate pricing, listings, or transactions
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.
